I was in a horrible living arrangement and needed to move within the week. I looked at an apartment at Lake Johnson Mews and within just a few days I had an apartment secured here.
I'm a current resident of LJM and have had very few problems. Every problem that I have had has either been building age related or neighbor related.

I find it really hard to hold the staff responsible for parts that wear out due to age. I've been here for over a year and a half and only had three to four maintenance related concerns. With every call came a response within 24 hours and in emergencies there was someone there within 20 minutes.

I have had some problems with my neighbors. Between pets making laps in the apartments and neighbors that don't realize how loud things are life has been a little interesting. But the property managers don't live above and to the side of me, disrespectful people do. It's an apartment complex not a house. We share walls, ceilings, and floors and not everyone realizes that.

The property managers have addressed the concerns I had with the same diligence needed for the maintenance concerns.

If you're expecting to stay at a five star hotel, go pay the five star price. If you want a decent place to live, management that is easy to get along with, and a price that's affordable then this is it.
