Great Location; Old Buildings...But worth checking out.

I would reccommend LJM if you plan to use the lake park (3.5 mile circumference w/ trails) or get a good move in special-->Sign the longest lease possible! Otherwise, it's just an average apartment complex and can go either way.
Construction: Units have poor insulation and the air conditioner and water heater use a lot of energy (high power bill).
