This place is a total dump. When we moved in we had to sign a release about the lead in the walls (this tells how old this place is). They are doing construction constantly but it doesn't get any better. The construction bins take up almost half of the parking spots, not to mention the nails they leave lying in the parking lot. They told us we would get free internet hah.. it hasn't worked yet. We even bought the adapter, a lot of good that did. We can't use our back porch unless we want to be engulfed with spiders, leaves, mosquitoes, etc. We have seen everything from centipedes, 1 inch roaches crawling on our bed, spiders, ants, etc. If you love insects you should definitely live here. The cabinets are from around 1970 when I think this place was built. We pretty much live in a dungeon (no sunlight comes in) oh and not to mention the walkway in. I have made complaints about the mud but nothing has been done yet. Someone put cinder blocks to make a walkway but forget it when it rains. The first week we moved in, the water heater broke and flooded half of our apartment. That was sweet. People let their stupid cats out to roam freely, the scratches all over my car from the cats jumping on them are great!

The main reason we moved here was to be next to Lake Johnson. I can't complain much about that but this apartment doesn't have anything to do with how nice the lake is. I love my neighbors but the walls are so thin be prepared to hear them at 1:00 in the morning having sex. That neighbor is gone now thank God.

The location is conveinent. The apartments are made of crap, no matter how many repairs they make, the buildings are still old and they suck.
