Well I haven't seen much of an increase in the electric, but if there is an increase, it is not because of the people they hired; it's the damn insulation of the buildings to begin with. THey are, after all, 30 years old! We had some work done and all I can say is the work they did at our home is wonderful! They worked hard and did an excellent job! Give them some credit will ya' I do think that this property has potential, but I do agree that raising the rents is not the answer. I believe people will move out left and right if they do that...just my opinion!
