I have lived here for 5 years. It was a wonderful place to live as its close to the lake. They started this renovation that has been going on forever (close to 2 years now) I've been very patient with it, but enough is enough. Every time you go to the rental office there is a new manager. Each one gets worse than the last. The apartments are poorly insulated and over-priced. Before it wasn't such a big deal, but add to that the constant renovation, poor customer service at the office AND the rent increase to pay for the constant renovations and its enough to make me pack up all the stuff that I've collected for the past 5 years.
Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. There are plenty of other complexes close to the lake. I know because I'm moving to one of them. :)
