i have lived at LJM for over 3 years and was promised a renovation for my apt. NEVER BEEN RENOVATED SINCE I HAVE BEEN THERE. I went to the office and asked the manager and he said that the vacant apartments are the only ones that are getting renovated, i told him that i was told when i renewed my lease that i was going to get new kitchen and bath and then an accent wall,even picked out the color for the wall, my rent went outragious high for the renovation. NOTHING NEW. I would not live here if i didnt have to. i am going to try to move out soon, can;t afford paying the rent if keep going up. The management in the office now is terrible and rude(guys only)which i think is wrong, there was 3 ladies working there during the summer and then the manager lefted the state and then the ladies lefted and they brought in two weird guys to run it. I think they are sexiest.
