From the moment we moved in to the day we moved out, I realized moving to Lake Johnson Mews was probably a mistake, and boy was I right. First of all, the amount the charge for rent is EXTREMELY ridiculous for the amount of work they do for the residents and the work done to keep the grounds up. Their office staff come off as pleasant, but when you start asking for help or services, they claim they are doing all the can but actually they are doing as little as possible to provide quality customer service. This company and this apartment complex in particular has failed in many ways. So save yourself the trouble and the hassle, live somewhere that doesn't charge as much and that provides BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE.
