I have found the office staff to be inconsistent and rude, which is a shame, because this really is a nice area to live in and the apartments are well kept and pleasant. The "free" wireless internet has been a problem for the entire 7 months I've been living here. The main office once told me that 'since obviously [I] have a laptop, I should just take [my] laptop to a coffee shop or something and use the wireless internet there.' As a student, I thought I was getting a break, not having to get internet service, but most people have to regardless because the connection is too slow and often doesn't work. In addition to that, the staff recently had the complex paved during spring break and only have 24hrs notice regarding towing. So, those of us that were already out of town when the notice was posted were charged for towing and a storage fee because instead of just moving the cars, they had the audacity to impound them. I do not recommend this apartment complex, based solely on the staff's negligence.
