I have lived here many years.Too many years. This property has steadily declined due to lack of maintenance and management turnover (3 in past year). Criminals and thugs now live here. It is no longer a clean and safe place. AIMCO, the property manager, is interested only in what they can get from you for the least amount of effort. The landlord has failed to correct problems with my aging apartment after promising to do so. Plumbing does not work, carpet is worn and torn, appliances many years old and run down. They say the place is worth way too much rent. I looked at a beautiful three bedroom house near downtown with all new appliances for $100 less rent yesterday.
AIMCO will lie to keep you here, promise you upgrades and then fail to deliver.

The walls are paper thin, so if you like hearing everything your neighbors do, this is for you. I have been threatened by other residents for asking them to clean up after their dogs. There is drug activity in apartments nearby and management is well aware of this. There are many long term residents planning to move, as I am, as soon as possible.I will ask them to write reviews here.
Please do not rent an apartment from AIMCO!
