I went to visit Lake Johnson Mews this week as a potential apartment to rent. I checked them out online and saw they had an available one-bedroom for around $557/month. A few days after seeing that online, I visited, and the price was $650. I was told the prices change every Wednesday and it just happened that I went on a Wednesday. The apartment I was shown appeared clean at first glance, but the entire unit smelled like cat pee. I found a pet food/water dish in the kitchen. This was the unit they wanted me to rent with a hundred dollar higher rent' Then I was informed of their sister property, Landmark, because they were in the $500 range. From the pictures online and the reviews on here - I'm not going to be visiting them, either.

One idiot is a treat. But, 2 at the same time is too much to pass up. Prices change all the time in the apartment business. This happens as the market dictates. Changes are typically made every one to two weeks at most. If you saw something online, and you were really interested, you should have gone to see it immediately. All online advertisement is done through 3rd party entities and not by the communities themselves. Anyone in property management can tell you this. So, the computers have not been bugged, rather the 3rd party is posting incorrect information. Again, this is being done by a 3rd party. What you must understand before you ignorantly complain, is that the people in the rental office don't care how much you pay for rent. All they want you to do is move in so that they can collect their commission. They would lease you an apartment for $1 if they could. So, before you label someone a liar, use just a bit of common sense. And, refrain from calling people names. It's just not polite. Idiots...opps. Now I'm just as guilty as the two of you idiots. Sorry. Here's some "bait" for you: If you're so smart, put these where they belong: ' e. "Switch" your brain to on before attempting.

yourprettystupid: please stop these defamatory and harassing comments. some of us have a life and need this information to find a decent place to live. for example, we don't care about the computer systems used in the rental industry, we care about getting the runaround. while i understand that you seem to be an expert on everything, we can do without the nastiness. maybe you could spend this time working on your anger management problems instead of classlessly insulting people. then again; i guess, compared to your brillance, i am just a stupid idiot.
