We just moved into this complex in March. It's in a college area, so you can expect some of the issues that come along with that. But, it's not nearly as problematic as some of the college apartments I've been to. The big bonus - it's literally right beside one of the best parks in Raleigh, or the Triangle for that matter. My wife takes our infant on walks around Lake Johnson almost every day. It's great for fishing, and there are lots of activities for kids and adults. Also, the management here IS fairly new, and understaffed, but Christine at the office is always super-nice and helpful.
