This place is horrible. The management is real friendly when you are signing the lease and makes you feel real good about your decision. However, once you move in the management will never listen to you again. They will make you sign a good neighbor agreement, but they do not enforce it. I constantly had people living around me storing their trash on the balconies, and animals would throw it all around. When you all for repairs, the maintenance people take days to respond to your request. In addition, the maintenance people left my door unlocked multiple times after they fixed things while I was gone for the day. The place is somewhat quit and that is about the only thing it has going for it. However, it is outrageously over priced for the service and quality you get. The apartments need a lot of work as they are starting to fall apart.

well i must say i walk the property often and i never see trash on balconies and as for as the office staff goes. they are wonderful. maintenance is professional. and for as roaches i have never seen any or had a problem with them. i think you have to keep your place clean if you don't want them. so keep up the good work Lake Johnson People.
