I lived here for the past 2 years and liked it a lot. I never felt like it was unsafe, and the grounds were always kept nice. I only made one maintenance request online the whole time I lived there (clogged the toilet), and that request was honored later that day. I had great and friendly neighbors that I got to know very well. Living near the lake was a huge plus because there's a great running trail. The pool was a great in the summers - its hard to find a 9 ft deep pool in an apartment complex. Having internet for free was a huge plus, but it did cut out for a half a day or so every once in a while. Having multiple dumpsters in the complex was convenient so it wasn't a hassle to take the trash out. These have the biggest walk-in closets you'll ever find in an apartment!
I don't have anything negative to say about it here, maybe because I paid rent on time, kept my apartment clean (no bugs or mold), and took care of my unit so nothing needed repairs. Or maybe I'm just lucky ;) I really enjoyed living here and would have stayed if I didn't have to move out of the area!
