I have lived here for 2.5 agonizing years. I am still waiting on repairs to be made to my apartment that I requested over 6 months ago. The latest repair I needed, I left two different messages for the office to call me back, but the repairs were never made and I never heard from them. Every time I call I get the answering machine and everytime I go by the office the door is locked, IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY!
I strongly recommend not moving into this apartment complex. Although the location is great, the unprofessional leasing staff, illegally parked cars in the lot that the leasing staff refuses to tow, old, out-dated apartments, and the roaches large enough to carry me off REALLY make me despise this place.
Do not make the mistake of leasing at Landmark. I'm moving out in a few weeks and I am dreading what kind of paperwork/charges or whatever the leasing staff are going to throw at me. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!

If you're having problems with roaches, clean your kitchen and mention to your neighbor to do the same. I lived there for over two years and never saw a roach, but I kept my place clean.
