When you first get here everything seems fine. Once you move in - night turns to day. I don't think anyone in the office knows what they are doing. They are so unorganized (that is when you can find them). The apartments are very spacious with ample closets, a nice sized pantry, nice sized kitchen, dining and living room areas. The maintenance staff seems to be on point as well. All of my requests were handled rather quickly. There is definitely a bug problem (even with "extermination" supposedly once a month). From what I could see, there were all types of bugs that wander in and out of your apartment. I lived on the ground floor and I could hear my neighbors above me pretty well. The apartments are old and it shows. I would not recommend Landmark until some major renovations were done and they hired a new office staff. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
