The apts are old, the staff is nice but cannot do anything about the problems that cost money.
The upper management of Aimco is more concerned with their stockholders than their tenants.
3 year old pine needles still surround the buildings and shrubs. This is a severe fire hazard. the lawn company has never removed them.
Their so called lake has gone dry twice and the "higher ups" will not fix the pipes that are broken. The water runs out and only rain keeps it up to level sometimes. No rain no water. The wildlife is severely affected by this.
