Most of the history has already been written about the apartment. To put it in my words, I would say Get used to seeing cockroaches around. I have had an "exterminator" come to my apartment for the nth time,no result. Even when they leave the bugs are very much there. I have kept a can of RAID handy all the time. Last time I had bought it to the notice of management I got two contradicting replies from them. One to use COMBAT it is more effective. Two dont mix other treatment because it makes bugs stronger (wish I had taken some biology lessons in my school).
If you leave your front door open do it at your own risk. I am not talking about intruders but bugs. They will easily find way in.
I had pretty good experience with maitenance . They answered a water leak call within an hour.
Another interesting story, I got a pay or quit notice some time back. When I contacted the management, instead of checking on their side, they wanted me to fax my bank statement which I did. And guess what they dont even have the courtesy to let you know that the issue has been resolved.
Take my advice, keep away from this complex.
