Dont make the mistake I did! This place is a terrible nightmare. The price looks good on the outside, but once you sign that lease you are destined for a year of hell. First of all, the list of things that needed fixing when we moved in boggled the mind, and still there is something breaking on almost a weekly basis. Leaky faucets, windows of the tracks, broken cabinets, you name it. Then the utilities around here will make you go broke. Our heat or A/C is always running, and you can almost hear the air sucking out of the doors and windows because they are so loose. The bad insulation also lets the smell of food from the people below you creep in as well as noise. Safety is another problem. It is very dimly lit at night and even in the courtyards it is very dark. Bugs are terrible too. I have personally killed quite a few roaches running around in the rooms or the kitchen. Also, there are outdoor sump drains or something that discharge water or who knows what from some apartments into the courtyard. Sometimes it looks like someone hurled all on the sidewalk. Only God knows what it really is. This place is really ridiculous. I have been here 10 months and am sorely looking forward to getting out of here! Dont make the same mistake I did!
