I have lived here two years, in that time there have been 5 managers and each one gets worse. The maintenance has gone to pot, you can't get anyone to fix anything, when you tell them about something they do nothing, then they tell you they were never told. The parking is horrific, you can hardly see the lines and people take two spaces for one car, or invite their friends over and then you have no place to park as a tenant.

The manager is another hispanic who panders to ---------, the same hispancis who drink in the parking lot half, and sometimes naked, while they blast their car radios and make it feel unsafe to even go to the dumpster.

The rents have gone up, but the community has gone down hill. I rate it a negative 5.
