This place used to be awesome! I recently went to see a friend who still lives there and it's like an outdoor market...kids not getting out of the middle of the street...fiestas by the garbage dumps...oh and if you open the window prepare to have people STOP and WATCH you...in awe...for a while...it's rediculous...I can only imagine they've gone through a dozen more managers who "don't have that complaint on record" To be honest with you..the other AIMCO apartment we live in now is great but management is incompetent and loves to cop an attitude when you call them out on how they aren't following their own rules. I think these type of apartments are for -------- more than for Americans. I lived in a place that at one time was upscale and with in a year or so I was living in front, on the side and below Mexcicans. I am birracial and I am not prejudice against any race, only people who are nasty and don't care about their surroundings...and my neighbors seem to be this type...Glad I moved the hell out...the smell of the food that was cooked always made me GAG!!!!!!!

And it has gotten worse since August. The Health Department was called twice for garbage not being collected. The fire department called twice because of campfires (causian people). So it isn't about race. You can drive by and see the clothes and sneakers on the balcony wall. Yeah, this community has deteriorated in the past 6 years drastically. It has gone through at least 8 different managers. Don't expect it to improve.

ROFLMAO..inexpensive for 1 reason, "you get what you pay for!" this place is a DUMP, and management changes every month to another cocky but incompetent person.
