I've lived at Landmark for almost a year now, and I'm not too impressed. My biggest complaint is that I don't feel safe here at night. The parking lot is very dark, with a street light that blinks on and off randomly. There are a lot of low-income families here, and I have seen plenty of partying going on most weekends. The interior of my apartment is old, but has been maintained pretty well. The exterior needs major work. The deck is dried out and barely has any paint left, and the washer and dryer are outside in a tiny closet off the deck. I can't do laundry at night because there are humongous cockroaches that come out after dark. The community is generally okay, but I am definitely ready to move!
