Live here only if you like
1. sharing an apartment with roaches
2. coming home to camel crickets waiting outside your door
3. Waiting for the stairs to break when you walk up them
4. If you don't mind seeing ants and spiders every day
5. not going on your patio at night time and being overrun with roaches
6. a $200/month electric bill
7. a $200/month electric bill and your apt. being hot during the summer and freezing during the winter because of the poor insulation
In other words, please don't waste your time or money. You think you found the perfect apartment with great space, but then the roaches decide to take over. The worst part, you can't split the rent with roaches(They make lousy roommates).
