Consider the following if you plan on living here. I don't think my events are even just a bit isolated:
1. STAIRS GET EXTREMELY SLIPPERY WHEN WET
2. WASHER/DRYER IS OUTSIDE ON BALCONY AND PIPES FREEZE WHEN IT'S COLD.THEN THEY BURST AND LEAK EVERYWHERE WHICH THEN CAUSES MOLD.
3. DURING THE SUMMER YOUR APT WILL NOT GET BELOW 85 INSIDE REGARDLESS OF WHAT THE THERMOSTAT IS SET ON.
3. MY NEIGHBOR ONCE PAID AN ELECTRIC BILL OF $400 AND HE LIVES IN A 3 BEDROOM
4. STAFF IS HYPOCRITICAL AND COULD CARE LESS.
5. IF IMMIGRATION CAME TO VISIT, THEY WOULD DETAIN THE WHOLE NEIGHBORHOOD.
6. NO REASONABLE LEASE BREAK OPTION EXISTS, AND I WANT OUT.
enough is enough. this place is deceiving.

I agree. I fought extremely hard to get out of my lease. I believe everybody from Landmark should complain with the BBB(better business bureau) and then call the housing commissioner of Raleigh. Maybe if there are enough complaints something can get done.
