I have lived at Landmark for the last 3 years, and love it. Yes, it isn't brand new, but the location is awesome and the staff that has been there about a year is the best thing that ever happened to this place. My service requests have always been done in a timely manner, and the property overall seems to be pretty clean. You are lying through your teeth and undoubtedly work for AimCo. I lived there for five year and while my feelings aren't as strongly negative as most of these reviewers their's are much closer to the truth.
