Ah, another day at Landmark. Trying to relax on the weekend...you hear and feel loud bass. Is it coming from your neighbors or from the parking lot again' It's hard to say. You step onto the patio to see where the noise is coming from today. Careful for those rotten boards! Well, no relaxing at home today with all the noise, might as well run some errands. When you walk to the parking lot, you have to shoo away someone sitting up against your car enjoying a cold one in broad daylight. Oh, and watch for broken beer bottles! Hmmm, there are some people in your parking lot sitting in their car again doing...something. As you drive away, be wary of the kids playing unsupervised in the street. And when you come back, your neighbors will have all their friends over (again), complete with thumping bass and a porch full of beer bottles.

This has been my experience living here. Do not sign a lease here. Yes, it's conveniently located and roomy, but it will drive you crazy. Rules are not enforced, period. And open container laws' What are those'
