i've only lived here a couple months and have already had to deal with 2 instances in my parking lot in daylight with people having sex in their cars. i live on the first floor, the ceilings are thin so i can hear every step my trashy neighbor takes and him having sex all hours of the night very clearly. i've complained 5 times and they have not spoke to him yet. loud hispanic music playing from the parking lot all hours, you better get your own washer/dryer because most of the washers and dryers are broken, and the ones that do work are always taken because there is only one washer/dryer per building. bug infested apartments, large roaches and bugs i've never even seen before, and our first week here a car vandalization notice. tires have been slashed. no reason. random beer bottles appear in the bushes directly outside of my patio. desperately want to move already and it's only our 3rd month here. the maintenance is very good. if you have a problem they're very prompt to fix. as far as any other complaints, not at all. boooo! you can find a much nicer apartment for the same amount or cheaper somewhere else.
