LOTS of space

We chose this apartment because it offered almost twice the space than other apartments of the same size in the area. We also loved the layout--it felt more like a home than a "hamster cage" which is how the others felt. To be sure, the outside is nothing to write home about--I at times felt apologetic for the rickety stairs, the creaky walkway to our apartment and the general ick look of the exterior. But guests never fail to be surprised at how nice the interior is.
80% of the problems in this complex are with the neighbors who think that the entire complex is their home, the entire parking lot is their patio, and that everybody wants to hear their music.
We're leaving because at the end of our lease, they raised the rent extremely high, and for that amount of rent, we could have a mortgage.
Overall, I'd recommend this place, mostly for the crazy amount of space for the price--for that, you can put up with a lot.
