To all the people looking at Landmark to offer cheap, affordable pricing, don't even bother. It's not worth anyone's time.

Obviously, there's a HUGE issue with the bug infestation. That should tell you right there that the foundation of the apartments are absolute crap. I live on the bottom level, so I seem to get the brunt of it. Apparently we can get maintenance to spray once a week, but they only do it for the outside. Bugs have been living in my apartment since before I moved in, so it doesn't even prevent anything.

The community itself is relatively safe, but looks like garbage (literally). I think it's safe to assume that most of the tenants here don't like to pick up their trash; so all around Landmark you'll see trash... SOMEWHERE. It's disgusting.

Noise wise' That's pretty much horrible, too. I used to live on the very top floor about two years ago, and our neighbors don't even bother to wait until noon (just 7 o'clock in the morning) to start blaring their music. And I'm convinced that the walls and the floor underneath are made of paper.

Overall, I'd say this apartment complex sucks. And, believe it or not, it's sickeningly overpriced. I pay far too much to live in a dinky, basement apartment. I'm living in a cellar. It's hard to get my windows to even open without them breaking in some shape or form.

Please, save yourself the time and keep looking!
