These apartments are really nice. You get a good deal of size for the price you pay. The singles are easily the cheapest in the Raleigh area, which is probably why they are so hard to come by! The apartment complex is almost always at 95% plus occupancy. The apartments have gas stoves, which are nice, and are townhomes. They are well laid out, with WD units inside, hardwood floors and my apartment even has a breakfast bar! I would recommend this homes to anyone.

The closets are very spacious, and my master bedroom is pretty spacious.

The ladies who work in the office are very nice too, and very helpful.

The only complaints I might have are a lack of a pool, and no locks on the mailbox, which is very old fashioned.
