I have been staying here since November of '06. Every problem that I have had has been fixed. All qts, have been answered and the staff is actually really dedicated to the residents.
Every time I come to ratings I read in one or two comments, "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR". This statement could not be more true, but in a "Good-Way"! When I first moved-in the staff was so friendly and nothing changed through the lease period. I wanted a friendly neighborhood that was close to the beltline, nightlife, and work, but without the headache of the city. I did not want to pay for those things we say we will use but really don't, like: Resi Pool, gym, and tennis ct. I was pleasently surprise with how everything fitted so well.
Loction is splendid for all types of living. Rather you be young or old, you will find your niche here in this area of North Hill. You are screend from the hassel of 440 and Six Forks just by being a corner behind North Hills. In walking distance is the shopping center (save some gas!)
You also hear about bugs in some of these ads. Well you are living in NC and some of the Apts are near the tree line you are going to see the occasional bug. Growing up in NC (knightdale), I learned if you live in filth or leave food/crumbs, critters will see this as a friendly invite to dinners and parties. Stay clean! Have your place sprayed atleast once/twice a month. Lantern Spuare wants to keep your buisness, so they will help.
Everything you need can be met in North Hills and Lantern Square helps you out by bringing you so close. Ps prices are great for the inner beltline.
