My roommate and I have only been here six months but we couldn't have found a better place. The price is great, the management is wonderful and the maintenance crews do a great job and always get things handled quickly. The manager has known me by sight, name, and address from before day one and I spend very little time in the office aside from dropping off rent.

As an example of their great response time, I noticed Christmas Eve that our fridge had broken and called it in expecting it would be a while with the holidays before it was replaced. I went to visit my family for a night or two and when I got back the day after Christmas a new fridge was already waiting for me!

It's also a very pet friendly community which is great. Being full time, working students we often end up walking our dogs at both very early and very late hours and regardless of time have felt safe and comfortable in this neighborhood.

I disagree with almost all the statements. The maintenance crew is almost always useless. Instead of repaing an item they try to convinced us that we were supposed to use it under extreme limitations (i.e. we had a dishwasher and how complicated can the dishwasher be used, when it has only a couple of buttons?, eventually they had to replace it as they could not deny the problem further).

How can you disagree with almost all of the statments (three were made) and only have a rebuttle for one of them? Maybe you really don't know how to use a dishwasher since you don't know how to post!
