I've been living here for over 3 months now, and can only say I'm pleased. The location is great. Being right off the beltline puts me minutes from anywhere, and being so close to North Hills means I don't have to go far to find most anything I want. The grounds are always well maintained, and the one thing I mentioned was missing from my apartment, was in the next day. The buildings are a little old, but I've had no problems.

Also, for the price, the apartments are quite spacious. Plenty of room for just me and one cat. Almost too much, really, as my closet is still half bare, and that's with my dresser and several boxes inside. The kitchen is a bit small. Not a lot of counter space to work with. But, I'm not cooking large meals, so it just took a little getting used to.

The property managers are very friendly, helpful, and quite attractive. They were understanding that this was my first time renting, and answered every question I had. I have to admit, I was worried when I saw the price. I kept looking for the trade-off, but still haven't found one. A great bargain; you get everything you pay for, and more.
