This place really is worth checking out.

Its low cost, perfect location, friendly staff and the apartments are so homey on the inside.

Some neighbors are very friendly and nice.

I moved in, and sadly all the sudden there is a HUGE sign out front that says "Future Site of....".

The place is going to be leveled and no one can tell us when.

The management hasn't even been informed yet.

:( We had a bug issue.

They came in to put down "Butter" and they got it all over the walls, dripped it all up the carpeted stairs, on my shoes and other belongings.

I called the office to complain and it went unanswered for a few weeks until the leader of the office (who was out of town while this happened) saw my rating on here.

She called ASAP, came over to take a look, offered to come in herself and clean it up and also gave us great advice to help us from having to deal with the yucky little buggers again.

She has always come through and been very helpful with any issue I have had here.

Neighbors are a serious issue for us though.

They ignore requests to keep their music down and have 4-5 cars in the lot due to their high traffic guests.

Guitar playing at 3:00 am.

Maybe the WHOLE complex isn't this bad, but my section is.

I have been there for 6 months and the rent is going up already after 6 months (I am sure it happens everywhere).

The place is good if you need a short lease but there are no promises of how long this place will be here.

Move in if you have one car, don't mind noisy neighbors (only if you get stuck next to ours) and are willing to stick around without knowing how long the place will be here.

Not a perfect place for children (there is dog feces in most of the open areas a child could play in and there are very few children in the community/no playground).

The units do heat and cool VERY well.

Utilities have been very low and we leave our a/c on a lot.

Its electric and gas so expect to pay both and like a gas stove.

Maint.

is quick and they do a great job! If it weren't for the neighbors we would stay.
