Lantern Square Apartments

Alright, I just moved out so I get to write a review without worrying about what the staff will do.
What am I worried about you ask'' Absolutely nothing :-D

I lived there for about 10 months, in the townhomes, taking over the lease from a previous tenant.

I moved out due to a friend buying a house in Clayton.

The process was very smooth and I had no problems.
The place is older as are some of the appliances, but they were all in working condition.

The maintenance staff actually fixed stuff rather than just rigging it.
I heard the neighbors kids off and on running up and down the stairs, but that's what happens when you share the wall.

Brea was always helpful and took care of any problems I had within a working day.
There was couple of times that she told me it would be a day before they could take care of something, and instead it was taken care of in an hour.

We had a main bust on the property one day, and the maintenance guy actually went door to door to let us know when the water was going to be shut off and for how long while the repairs were being done.

I would definitely recommend moving in here due to the hassle free environment, and generally quiet neighborhood.
They could use a few more lights in the parking lot is all I really have to say bad about it.
I definitely miss being able to walk to everything too, or stumble home from the Fox.
