Reading a review regarding Brea being "Racist." WOW I can't believe what I read. I currently live at Lantern Square Apartments and to be honest, love living here. SO WHAT IF IT DOESN T HAVE a W/D in the apartments. They have a convenient W/D facility that you can use 24/7. I mean the rent isn't expensive. To put it nicely, where else are you going to get a reasonable rent on the North/Midtown side of Raleigh' I just want to say; when the buildings get destroyed I will be happy that I had a chance to move in such a wonderful area. Staff and maintenance are very friendly (including Brea). Always asking if anything is wrong (mostly Brea). And if there is something wrong, it gets fixed (Call Brea). For everyone that has something bad to say about Lantern Square Apartments... Next time pay your rent on time and you will not have anything negative to talk about because you got an eviction notice on your door! Oh yea I forgot to mention I AM BLACK so Brea can't be racist!

I live in the townhome side and it does have w/d connections.
I dont know how someone can call her racist. I have black people on both sides of me.
