I've had a positive experience at Laurel Oaks. It's a fairly large apartment for the price. Plus, it has gas heat (generally cheaper than electric) and a gas range--much better for cooking! It's nice and quiet, and I have a nice view of trees (with a slight view of Lynn Rd. in winter).

The staff is friendly and helpful.
