Fantastic place to live

Since under new management, Lisa and Anita are fantastic to work with and the most easily to work with office crew. Always polite, personable, and friendly, they go over and beyond to welcome everyone into the offices. They also help with the residents 24-7 to the best that they can. They even give welcome gifts to help make you feel at home and wanted as a resident.

The maintenance crew are great and they manage to handle all requests in a timely manner. You can always find the maintenance crew on the premises and they recognize the residents when they see us. Since residing here now going on four years, I would not live any where else. Many upgrades and changes have helped to bring about a pleasant surrounding for one to call home. However, the best changes has been with the new property manager, Lisa. She has since added a new office and maintenance staff that has worked well with her and also with us residents.

The landscaping improvements are continuously ongoing and so I would state that many things in this area alone are going to make it even prettier than before.

All exteriors have been repainted, new roofing, and other upgrades and remodelings have been taken or are under way now.

Another noteworthy improvement for those with pets, two separate pet playgrounds have been established for one to let our pets run around safely. This same area is set aside also for parents of the pets to pick up after their pet in a hygienic manner. The best part is our pets are welcomed, too and they have a safe place to exericise in their day. The pet parents can sit on a bench that has been provided while their pets play.

One of the areas of concern for residents has been safety. Lisa has taken this adequately under her wing and has not only worked diligently with the local police force about issues concerning safety, she has also managed to add more lighting in areas that were without any lights in key areas. No matter how well takes steps to insure tighter safety, sometimes things do happen, but it is rare and there are many 'resident' patrols that help the Leasing Office be its eyes and ears. Managing a 162 unit complex is not an easy job, and so, I feel that residents should also do what they can to watch out for each other and let the Leasing Office know when something has happened. Communication is key and has never been a problem in my experience at any time.

To help add to the family friendly atmosphere, a regular monthly newsletter has been in existence since February of this year, and lets the community know of changes that would be of interest to the residents as well as planned events.

July 31st, there is a planned residents only party and cookout at the pool. Two months ago, there was a 'spring' flea market at the same area.

With all said and done, until I am able to buy my own home, this for now will be my home. I feel comfortable, safe and like the many changes and upgrades that have taken place so far. There are more planned from what we know.

Another great convenience since so many of us are active with work, school and children (including our pets), is the ability to go online and pay our rent and utilities for a small fee. This is convenient in today's technological age. I give this complex a 5 star thumbs up rating and highly recommend this community to any one who is interested.
