Nice but read the fine print before you sign off..

I lived at Laurel Oaks from Nov. 99 through Feb. 01, switching from their larger 1 BD to their smaller 1 BD model. Both were very nice: clean, good location and safe community. Maintenance here (when I lived there) was EXCELLENT. The job gets done promptly. One thing: know what you have to do if you need to BREAK a lease during the lease term. From what I recall, it's not that pleasant: one month's rent, some other fees. Otherwise, nice place to live.
