Man, I pay alot of rent for it to be sooooo COLD in this apartment! They won't even calla contractor. The better business bureau WILL hear about this situation!

Please people, be specific, simple aspersions are useless to those of us looking. Perhaps you're right, but the only thing I can tell from this comment is that you were cold. Did it get fixed?
