so my apartment has mold and no air conditioning, but new pipes. great. they destroyed my apartment by repiping every apartment in the complex and tearing out the ceiling. its the worst apartment i have ever lived in. i mind as well live in a cardboard box. my water heater broke and flooded my apartment. now there is mold, the walls are wet and caving in, and the bottom of the doors are destroyed to the point where u can't open or close them. It doesnt keep in heat in the winter and my air conditioning doesnt even work and they wont fix it. its about 85 degrees in this house right now. there is also a major ant and spider problem!!! we talked to the apartment manager days ago and no one has come to look at the MOLD or fix anything. this place is horrible, its not liveable. its disgusting and the neighbors will call the cops for the TV being too loud. this place is G H E T T O and should be condemned to the government. thank god i am moving out in 5 days. im counting down the minutes. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. KEEP LOOKING!!!!!! No parking whatsoever and the pool isnt taken care of. when it rains, the outside of the apartment floods with mud. LAUREL OAKS SUCKS! when i first moved in, someone also tried to break into my apartment because im on the bottom floor. i woke up to someone trying to get into the sliding glass door, but we scared them away. DRIVE RIGHT BY LAUREL OAKS WITHOUT EVEN TURNING YOUR HEAD!
