This place is a ------- dump. The management sucks, Grounds aren't kept up with very well. 8 of the 12 months that I lived here the grass was dead. Too many people here that shouldn't be. I've seen up to 10 people loitering at 1am in one of the parking lots. You call those tennis courts' Give me a break. Theft has been too common around here. Too many issues with my apt. Not 3 days after I moved in here my toilet was leaking. Apparently they didn't have it taken care of the right way. Cheap construction, and why the hell doesn't my fireplace work. You can easily find a nicer apt. around here for the same price.
