Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
It was a decent place to live before RAM took over. Since then, you are lucky to get maintenance to ever come out for anything. They also tack on extra fees for some people and not others- i know this from talking to other residents. Some people have a trash fee and some don't. The office staff and maintenance staff is always changing so you never know who might be in the office. We started out at 559 for our apartment and it was bumped up to 607 this time around and would've been up to 645 had we signed another lease. We couldn't be more happy to leave this dump. Also there seems to be alot of vandalism and gang activity in the area.
