the manager is the worst in the world

the apartments are falling apart. the a/c doesn't work in the summer and the heat doesn't work in the winter. plumbing is a nightmare, and getting service is a disaster. then just when you think it can't get any worse, the manager is nasty, and uses her authority to bully residents that pay there rent on time and rarely ask for repairs. she is a bulldog and her property is a dog pen. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
