I could write a book...

The manager must be giving away gifts to get a good review, because I just don't see it.

I haven't been able to get an exterminator in here in over a year.

Here is a list of things you won't get from this manager: you won't get a community newsletter, you won't get community activities, you won't get anything new for the pool area, you won't get a functioning tennis court, you won't get dog bags put in the dispenser on friday for the weekend, you won't get timely repairs and sometimes you won't get repairs at all.

And you should see all the broken down cars! Lots of space for broken down cars, but what about road worthy cars!! What you will get is an increase in rent, and there must be a law someplace that forces the manager to tell you about the increase, because if she could get away with not telling you she would.

RAM can't possibly be a good company if they can keep this old, tired, run down team in place.

I bet if you wrote to the company to complain, you would get the same thing.

Thats why they keep this good for nothing team around.

I would bet all there properties are this way.

Watch out for that RAM logo in your apt books!!!
