Thanks to the new company (Pegasis') for actually taking care of your residents.
Maintenance men are MUCH better now and I feel like the office staff are definitely more professional.

Really? I spend $880.00 on rent, and the ice has not been salted or scraped from my pathway or the stairs leading to upstairs apartments. You must live on the sunny side of the street.

My sentiments exactly. I've been here since 2004 and I get rained on each time it rains because the gutters in my building probably have NEVER been cleaned!
