Thanks to the new company (Pegasis') for actually taking care of your residents. Maintenance men are MUCH better now and I feel like the office staff are definitely more professional. Finally got it right!

Really? I spend $880.00 on rent, and the ice has not been salted or scraped from my pathway or the stairs leading to upstairs apartments. You must live on the sunny side of the street.
