A nightmare finally ends for us!

Finally we have escaped the nightmare of Laurel Oaks,a place we thought we would be happy living at for many years.
That was not the case.
After many different management companies the current one has much to be desired.In our case we had serious tenant problems that required police intervention two times.
Management did nothing to correct this problem.
Why should we be offered another apartment in the complex and the expenses of having to move when we were not at fault.
Better to leave altogether.
Yes, they are friendly and courteous and everything seems to be in order when you come into the office but the compassion is not there.
The compassion for people that call this place home.
You can't always go by the book.
Sometimes you have to go by the heart when you are dealing with people.
They expect it.
The current management(Pegasus) has no idea how to deal with people.
Maybe in time they will get it.
We loved calling Laurel Oaks our home for three years but it was time to move on and thank you current maintenance team for a job well done.
We know how overworked you are.

SO TRUE!! Amen, sister or brother! I've been at Laurel Oaks for two years now, and things have gone straight downhill. In the past year, my purse was stolen (nobody cared) the kid above me grows pot (you can see the grow lights at night, and there's all kinds of riffraff hanging around when I come home at 1 a.m.) I complained to management and they said *I* had to call police. The fan in the master bath has never worked (illegal) and just recently, a thousand dollars worth of bridesmaid dresses for my niece's wedding were dropped off at the office IN APRIL and nobody thought to let me know! Good thing we tracked them down in time for her wedding!
I could go on....parking is a nightmare, etc., but suffice to say ADIOS, LAUREL OAKS, AND GOOD RIDDANCE!!
