Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Very slow or non-compliant (with Lease and NC State Laws)regarding vital building repairs and extermination. Office personnel never seem to know what is going on with the complex - not very helpful. Entire complex is in dire need of remodeling/face lift. Apts. are VERY drafty in winter. Problems with leakage during rains. Appliances and cabinestry is OLD and needs refinishing/replacing.
