Laurel Springs

The building i live in is relentless for flooding during rains. Everytime it rains, the water runs toward the building and settles against the building, seeping thru the walls soaking my living room carpet and bedroom carpet. Then after every rain comes the BUGS, and LOTS of them. From rolly pollies to roaches and spiders. I was even bitten by a spider in my sleep one night and ended up having to go to urgent care cuz the infection got so bad and it wouldnt heal. VERY poor drainage, thus the constant flooding. VERY drafty, leaky AC. Very poor grounds keeping. Of course with the flooding also comes the mold and mildew, and boy does is STINK. The apartment above me and has several leaks which has caused yellow streaks on my ceiling in my hallway and second bedroom. I am surprised the ceiling hasnt caved in yet. My sunroom floor feels like there is a HUGE crack under the carpet and i am so tempted to pull the carpet up just to see. The neighbors above me walk like a herd of elephants. I am considering reporting them to the Raleigh Housing Department. And IF the maintenance guy DOES come to fix something, it's never finished completely. This place is GOD AWFUL... DONT MOVE HERE!!!!!!
