At first, everything seemed fine and dandy, but I was soon to find that Office Management is extremely unprofessional. Don't be fooled by the fancy music. Cockroaches are infesting these apartments so bad they should pay rent. The lower apartments flood about a foot from runoff off Lynn Road. Residents are not valued. PLEASE be careful before deciding to rent with Laurel Springs.
The Fair Housing Laws include the right to expect equal professional service. I wish the best of luck to any future residents! My experience was HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! Same management is there now in 2007!!!

I couldn't agree more! I am horrified at the inhumane way the management treats residents...They have a grifter mentality, where money is the only object. I wish someone would help me with getting out of there. I think they are pure evil. And the female manager calls herself a Christian. She needs to be locked up. She has no empathy, especially for the elderly residents who have shared horror stories with me. Why can't someone do something about RAM mgmt. practices? It seems that they can do whatever the H@#* they want. I am going to have to hire a lawyer to fight them. And about the flooding, what a disgusting mess! I have ruined shoes trying to get from my building to my car. The apartments are beautiful. NOTHING is worth the hell anyone will pay once the contract is signed. I have considered picketing the place.

Wow! I am so thankful for this website. The advertisement for this property made it look so peaceful and charming. These reviews are really scary! No one should have to live like this!

Amen sister!!! Everytime I left that office (I lived there for 3 years) I would say (about Miss Christian), "God don't like ugly and boy are you ugly". I hated going in there to even pick up a package she was so unprofessional, they finally fired her, but they're just dumb enough to put her at another one of their properties on North Hills Drive. Oh well, I just thank my God I don't have to deal with her two faced butt anymore!!!
