I have lived in Laurel Springs for over a year now, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a new place in Raleigh to live, or is moving to the area. It is conveniently located to everything, and the views are great. It is an older community, but one thing you do get in this complex is competent management, and lots of room. For the space you get in these apartments, you can't beat the price. I am able to have two separate bedrooms, and room for an office with the sunroom. Also, very few apartment complexes have wood burning fireplaces that add a lot of character and coziness to your new home. If you want an apartment, I would suggest looking someplace else, if you want a place to call home, then come to Laurel Springs.
